Two-storey residential building - 4 houses

The Residential Complex built by Element Development in Psalidi – Maroussi (Egnatias 12) includes 4 residents that are all functionally independent and energy autonomous.

It is a seismically shielded construction, environmentally friendly and has a high energy efficiency class A+.

It includes many other energy and ecological innovations that minimize the operating costs of the building.
