Marousi New Project
Five – storey residential building – 10 houses.

The Residential Complex built by Element Development in Marousi (Dionysou 101 and Dolianis 40) includes 10 residences that are all functionally independent and energy autonomous

It is a seismically shielded construction, environmentally friendly and has a high energy efficiency class A.

It includes many other energy and ecological innovations that minimize the operating costs of the building.
